We had a killer weekend of shows in Center Point, IA and Wavorly, IA (at Wartburg College). Jeremy Bondon, a great friend of ours, filled in the bass for the shows and of course did an amazing job.
Thanks so much to everybody who came out and supported us. Iowa, you’re definitely a lovely place. Philip and Ben are now headed out west for the second leg of the acoustic tour and will be living in Portland, OR playing shows whilst still perfecting the new EP!

Brent Scheil, original bassist for happygolovely, has officially chosen to part ways with happygolovely to pursue other interests. We wish Brent the best in his future endeavors and will continue to support him in all that he does! As for happygolovely, we are going to continue to keep on going forward full speed ahead and have chosen Jeremy Bondon, a great friend of ours, to be the fill-in bassist for the next couple of shows. ***Be on the look out for very exciting news on HGL regarding tours and a brand new EP within the next few months!
